I had booked the Lash Lift as well as the Brow & Lash tinting. The lash lift was really good, but after that I was rushed to leave and the person responsible totally forgot about my second appointment for the brows as well. When I mentioned about this, she got irritated and dyed my brows and lashes very quickly. The quality was not good for the tinting and brow shaping, and my skin got quite irritated about the waxing. I would not go here again. Also the staff was gossiping around for the whole time of my treatment and it was quite far from relaxing. The music was also blasting quite loud. If you are looking for a relaxing experience, this might not be the place.

I had balayage. Extreme change without so much consultation and was very different from what I showed the stylist. However I had it corrected another day by another lady who did a great job.
