I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at my experience, it was appalling. The lady put olaplex on my hair and left it (which is fine), thought there would have been a steaming treatment with it as most people usually do that to absorb. Nevertheless, that’s fine if it wasn’t. However- after it was washed, I was told my rough dry my own hair. I mean you’re paying £25 for a conditioning treatment, you’d expect at least a rough dry. If not that then clean brushes and a blow drier that actually works/ strong enough to use. It was an absolute joke- I don’t recommend it at all. The staff were lovely though and that was probably the best thing. The girl who done my hair was very sweet but unfortunately the treatment was terrible. I blame the management for the procedure. You can buy a bottle of olaplex and do the same thing at home- twice!
