Roland did a great job. He knew what he was doing and when I changed my mind about the length of side shave he took it with good spirit and humour and the result was great. The team was polite and easygoing, not sure why the bad reviews on here. Recommend!
Found this place as they had a good last minute discount on treatwell. Well now I see why they had so many last minute appointments available...
Straight away on walking in the salon didn’t feel too clean or tidy.
Whilst I will admit the hairdresser I had was lovely, I specifically asked for warm toned blonde and my hair came out extremely ashy and darker toned when I made it very clear I wanted it light and bright.
Once the hairdresser had started washing my hair, after shampooing she told me that someone else would be over to finish it as she had another client. Cue a 20 minute wait whilst the other hairdressers stood around chatting. Why did you double book a member of staff when you’re not even busy?
Then after this had finally been done, I was told to dry my hair myself. I’ve been to other salons and paid a much lower price than even the discounted rate, and have not had to pay extra for a rough dry. I think this is absolutely terrible and I was so shocked at the time I didn’t know what to say.
I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review for anywhere but honestly, this whole experience was pretty shocking. Spend your money elsewhere if you want a remotely enjoyable experience.
