Both stylists that I had were really lovely and did a great job. I didn't quite get the desired result with my balayage the first time, but they offered to do it again free of charge and now I'm really happy with my hair. The only criticism I have is that they clearly overbook the salon, so it can feel a bit manic and you have to move around quite a lot, you can't just stay in your seat because the next client needs it before your hair is even finished. It also means that you don't have one stylist to take you through the whole process, they will leave you after a certain stage and start on another client, leaving a different stylist to wash your hair. This does make it feel quite impersonal, but other than that, all of the stylists are really lovely and my balayage is great
