Roland was professional and died my hair perfectly, the only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is because he was pulling my hair quite a bit while applying the hair colour. Could have been due to my split ends, but it was still pretty painful. Otherwise super happy with hair colour which was matched perfectly to my request.
