Great first experience of a hollywood! Staff were really lovely and explained each step to me. It was quick and not as painful as I thought it would be, and they gave great advice on after care - will definitely be heading back.
Nikki was fantastic, attentive and really helped me figure out what I needed or wanted for my hair (whereas I don't usually dye my hair and find it intimidating), and I love the end result!
