This guy destroyed my hair... seemed uninterested and rushed. Had a can’t be bothered attitude.
He didn’t shampoo my toner off he risnsed v quick and ran a little conditioner through before barely rinsing again.
My hair is ashy and broken as apposed to beige blonde and healthy.
I’m 35 I’ve just moved from LEEDS where I had a trusted hairdresser for years. It’s put me off booking anything on Treatwell again.
It’s taken me years to grow all my colour out and have healthy hair and it’s all been ruined in one salon visit. I didn’t think these nightmares happened anymore.
The salon doesn’t represent the pictures and is dirty with staff that don’t seem to know what they are doing .
