Cancelled last second, was already arriving at the salon. Little apology, offered to rebook without any compensation. I travelled 45 minutes to arrive at the salon to be told 5 minutes prior to my appointment the therapist had to leave. A waste of 1 hour 30.

Deira, who did my treatment kept making unkind comments about my hair and made me feel awful by the time I was ready to leave. After having been at the salon for 3 hours, which is expected of a balayage, she told me my hair looked "fine" after saying that she would have dyed the upper portion of my hair darker if she could have repeated it. I was happy with how my hair actually looked but I really did leave the salon feeling awful. Never again.
