My first session with Theana was so transformative. From the moment I arrived, I felt held in a safe & nurturing space. Her calming presence instantly put me at ease, & throughout the session I felt a deep sense of release & lightness. Her energy was powerful yet gentle, & I left feeling more balanced, peaceful & connected to myself than I have in a long time. After the session Theana shared resonating insights that gave so much clarity. I highly recommend her & canโt wait for my next session
