I came back to Theana for another Reiki and chakra balancing session to help me work through a few things in my life and shift some stagnant energy, and it really made a difference. I was feeling quite overwhelmed going in, but afterwards I felt lighter, calmer, and much more like myself again. It helped me release things I didn’t even realise I was holding onto and brought a sense of clarity and balance. I’m already noticing small positive shifts since the session and I’ll definitely be coming

Theana's reiki is very helpful, I feel balanced and re-energised immediately after as well as the days following. She also is very able to pick up on the links between each chakra and real life people or circumstances that could be facilitating the blockage. Its really not just a cleansing of the chakra routine but so much more detail that really helps you identify areas in your life which require work and healing, so I'd classify a session with her as important - very happy.

My Reiki session with Theana was lovely - I had my previous session quite a few months ago, so I needed a top-up. I could feel the energy gently moving through me, clearing blocks and restoring balance. It was as if layers of emotional and energetic heaviness were being lifted one by one! Felt lighter, more centred and sooo peaceful. Will hopefully come for another session soon without waiting for so long. Thank you Theana!
