I came back to Theana for another Reiki and chakra balancing session to help me work through a few things in my life and shift some stagnant energy, and it really made a difference. I was feeling quite overwhelmed going in, but afterwards I felt lighter, calmer, and much more like myself again. It helped me release things I didn’t even realise I was holding onto and brought a sense of clarity and balance.
