The massage itself was very good, but started 15 minutes late. Neither the receptionist nor the therapist apologised for the delay -- quite unprofessional as I rushed to make this appointment on time. And the entire time I was waiting, no one offered me tea or water.
To make matters worse, my 55 minute massage was only 45 minutes! I only realised while I was getting dressed, and by then it was too late.
Unlikely to go back again.

I'd been double booked due to an admin error which was annoying, but the therapist wasn't very pleasant about it either. Felt like the manicure was a bit rushed, especially trimming cuticles etc. which has meant that the gel polish hasn't stayed on as long as it should. It also didn't look amazing as was quite messily done. Moberly is also a super busy place and people walk through the 'spa' to get to the pool/changing rooms which disrupts any tranquility!
