Really friendly staff. However not the best wax - there are a couple of missed bits and it took a while. Would go back and give it another try though as it’s a nice spa and nice people.

My treatment (men's wax chest and back) was with Giorgia. She was professional, quick and the experience virtually pain-free. She expIained that shaving the hairs causes them to become thicker and more more 'rooted'. I am very happy with the results and will definately be back for future treatments
