The treatment was done in a small room at a sports centre so not overly luxurious. It was clean and pretty basic. The therapist was lovely and did a good job so I was pleased with the outcome.

The manicure and pedicure were fine although they took much longer than stated. Most annoyingly, I was left alone for 20 minutes after the beautician had told me it would only be 5-10 minutes, by which point I needed to leave.
