This is a friendly place with loads of treatments on offer. I've been a few times. While I was there at this visit, there was a lot of vibration noise coming from the gym, i.e the weigh lifting area nearby. The thudding interrupted my relax time. That is the only thing that lets this place down.

Really good wax and professor therapist. What I haven’t liked was being left 10 minutes in the room ready for the wax waiting for the therapist to come, who was busy talking with a guy.
I didn’t say anything because it can happen but then, the same guy, arrived to knock at our door while still in the middle of the treatment, which I found really rude.
When asked who this person was, since it was affecting the whole thing, I have been answered “a client who forgot something”.
While getting dressed again after the wax, I heard the same guy talking outside in a really friendly manner with the therapists.
If he was a customer, he wouldn’t have stayed during my whole treatment and if it was just for something forgotten, when the therapist went out from the room to get a new wax, she could have given him what he forgot.
I don’t mind if men are around, but I mind if they affect what I am there for, chatting when I’m in the room waiting 10 min or arriving to knock at my door right in the middle of everything, coz this is clearly not a “customer’s behavior” and I don’t like lies.
