Really good wax and professor therapist. What I haven’t liked was being left 10 minutes in the room ready for the wax waiting for the therapist to come, who was busy talking with a guy.
I didn’t say anything because it can happen but then, the same guy, arrived to knock at our door while still in the middle of the treatment, which I found really rude.
When asked who this person was, since it was affecting the whole thing, I have been answered “a client who forgot something”.
While getting dressed again after the wax, I heard the same guy talking outside in a really friendly manner with the therapists.
If he was a customer, he wouldn’t have stayed during my whole treatment and if it was just for something forgotten, when the therapist went out from the room to get a new wax, she could have given him what he forgot.
I don’t mind if men are around, but I mind if they affect what I am there for, chatting when I’m in the room waiting 10 min or arriving to knock at my door right in the middle of everything, coz this is clearly not a “customer’s behavior” and I don’t like lies.
