I had a Hollywood wax and have to say it's not the best I've had; I was a little disappointed especially after the positive reviews I read. However I was happy with good appointment options and no waiting time when I arrived. My negative points about the wax...the lady didn't give me privacy to undress, she stayed in the room which I've never experienced before, thought it was slightly odd. The wax itself was okay...not too painful but left very sticky from the wax so my clothes stuck to me. An after wax cream used but rather than let me put it on myself the lady did it and waited for me to dress again with no privacy! Wasn't asked to check I was happy with wax before she applied cream. I noticed when I arrived home she had missed a few hairs. She made small talk about my previous waxing experience asking how long it's taken other therapists then telling me how long she took as though it was a competition. Also didn't like the fact she wore no gloves. She told me about a waxing offer available. I said I was interested and when I asked if I could come the next day to purchase she said no! Surely if it's an offer I could purchase any time?! I was then questioned about my booking - I called to make the appointment prior to purchasing voucher in the morning to check appointment was available, and when I went to pay the lady questioned why I called then booked voucher. She didn't process my card payment until happy with my answer! This felt quite intimidating considering I was still paying for the wax! Didn't feel worth the £26 I paid, am disappointed. Won't be going back again.

Brilliant quick waxing. Lovely therapist. Would highly recommend the service! The salon was close by and clean. Really brilliant, so glad I finally found somewhere good.

Im new to waxing and the lady kept it quick, comfortable, informative and as painless as she could. I turned up a little early and they took me in straight away. Very happy with the service provided, I will definitely be returning!

Good value wax in the area. It was a slightly impersonal/unfriendly service but perfectly efficient - my wax only took 10 minutes!
