Generally good experience with the mani/pedi. Venue isn't the most charming, but no concerns regarding hygiene, and the mani/pedi turned out well!

Would very highly recommend!
Coming back for sure, really nice place, super friendly girls. I got bio gel and it is looking absolutely spotless, couldn't complain about a single thing even if I wanted to. Cuticles cut with a lot of attention, 3 layers of colour and a nice glossy top. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and I couldn't have done it better myself if I tried.

The end result in terms of hair was great.
Although the staff was really friendly, I felt she rushed the wax. As a consequence the wax was sometimes uncomfortably hot on application. I didn't say anything but I wish I had as a small patch was very sore for the next few days as a result - it wasnt a horrendous burn, but it definitely was affected/irritated by the heat.
I would still recommend the place, but if you feel the wax is too hot to let the staff know as she did not seem to realise.

The manicure itself was good, but perhaps more time could have been taken to set the gel nails, as they chipped a bit before the week mark.

Really great service, lovely atmosphere. Was early for my appointment and was offered a drink whilst I waited. Great promotions available. Very friendly staff and excellent wax. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
