The bikini waxing was very good, unfortunately the staff failed to tell me that the leg waxing could not be done as they ran out of strips until I arrived.

I found my experience to be very lacking considering the prices. The lady who did my wax wasn't particularly friendly and my 'high bikini' (which I went for because the Brazilian which I would usually have was SO expensive) was fine but not particularly neat and I was cut by her tweezers. I only went here as I thought I would treat myself on a rare day off from my kids but actually I think I will stick to my local french salon near me in South East London where it is half the price, better quality wax and the staff have good chat. Oh and the wax did hurt.... like every wax does... not quite sure why they claim to be different in that respect?
