The treatment space is a bit weird as it’s above a coffee shop and the space is small and awkward. The treatment bed had residual wax on it from previous treatments and the therapist seemed to be bothered by my presence. She also didn’t seem to prepared as she was constantly looking for her tools and wax. It was all a bit odd but she did a decent job on the waxing. The experience didn’t really align with the MOW brand.
