Treatment was good and I've been having Brazilians for a long time now. The thing that irritates me the most is the upsell. They used to leave it until the treatment was done, but on this occasion was done mid-treatment, presumably as a way for me to just say yes and make it stop! Unfortunately, I'm hardened to this and will (if I want) buy a package. Please, please, please leave the upsell until after the treatment. And then, if it's declined, don't look at customers if if you've just trodden in something undesirable...
