Staff were friendly. However, felt rushed and once left I still had quite a bit of hair left and wax in numerous places, the wax also felt like it was dragging against my skin when applied not smoothly like other waxes I've had in the past.

No one greated me when I arrived, was sat for quite a while before someone spoke to me.
My therapist was running late, but wasn't very apologetic.
Treatment was ok, but nothing to write home about. Probably wouldn't go again
