First time visit to Ministry of Beauty after a quick online search. Far better than the place I used to visit in Bath, which I didn't think was possible. I felt at ease (despite a little pain), really calming atmosphere & the lovely lady that waxed me was just brilliant. There wasn't really a moment of silence, which kept me distracted. Thank you so much, I can't wait to visit again!

The staff was lovely, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately there was a little bit hair left after my wax - but otherwise all good!

Staff were friendly. However, felt rushed and once left I still had quite a bit of hair left and wax in numerous places, the wax also felt like it was dragging against my skin when applied not smoothly like other waxes I've had in the past.
