A very relaxing and enjoyable pedicure. There is a masaging chair which was great. The treatment was good and I was given a lovely foot and lower leg massage too. The only slight down side was that it could have been more thorough with removing hard skin.

Place was very clean and modern looking. The staff seemed pleasant and I was offered a tea which was a nice touch. However my pedicure was started and then finished to a fairly poor standard (one messy layer of polish) by someone who had started the appointment by telling me they wouldn't be doing my treatment as they don't do nails. My gel manicure was again done by someone who seemed to be a trainee in that area (couldn't shape the nails evenly, too many layers of polish, baked my skin to the nails, etc). I was phoned shortly before my appt and asked to come late, then my treatments took an hour longer than indicated. It's a new branch and other treatments going on seemed to be much better/efficient. I'd go back for something different, but probably not for nails.

I had a Shellac for Hands and have awarded it 5 stars. the place was very clean the service was nice and I was looked after nicely.
