Staff talked WAY too much - I love a friendly chat, but this was too much because she stopped with the treatment each time she talked, delaying the service and dragging it out to be taking an hour and a half instead of 45 minutes.
She insulted my skin, which I am quite sensitive about, telling me I should have glowing skin. I guess she was trying to sell me another treatment, but I was there for my nails - not my face. When I told her that my feelings were hurt, she didn't really seem to understand due to her English listening skills being quite beginner.
On top of that, she scrapped my nails very roughly saying she was trying to even out my nail? I asked her to stop. It really hurt and from everything I know of nail care (having had hundreds of manicures) this is extremely damaging.
There were also wet lose tissues everywhere. Quite gross - towels should be used to clean up, and dry off instead.

i came from leyton to the salon to get my treatment and I really enjoyed it, I would give five stars for the excellent service.
i got a deep cleansing facial and pedicure done with sumera at mimis and i must say that both treatments were very relaxing and i recommend to anyone.
i got few treatments done at mimis and i must say service is super and staff is very friendly + helpful. the salon looks very clean and new and professional
