I requested a Brazilian but was given a Hollywood, which I was quite upset about, as the woman specifically asked me which I wanted.
They used a mix of hot wax and strip wax - the hot wax was really messy and incredibly painful. I usually have hot waxes, so was surprised by how much more painful it was. The woman who did my wax was lovely and professional, but I found that when I got home and inspected fully, she'd missed quite a few hairs, and had also burnt my skin slightly.
The salon itself is very clean, but I was asked to lie on a towel that had several stains and wax marks on it, which I wasn't very happy about. It would have been a much more pleasant experience if it was a clean towel, or a paper roll.
I also had an impromptu eyebrow threading, because it was so reasonably priced, and I can't fault that at all.
The price in this place is amazing, so I'd happily return for other treatments, but probably not for a wax.
