Shop was empty very quiet. The treatment room itself was very clean and well lit. She was very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. Very good value for price. I think the hot wax was a little too hot on certain sensitive areas, and left one side sore and a little burnt.

On arriving to my appointment for my eyebrow threading and massage (I was due to be massaged by Nabia) I was told that it had been cancelled but I had received no notification that it had. They were surprised that I had turned up and apologetic for having not informed me of the cancellation but the lady on the reception said that she would massage me instead. After the massage I asked the lady what her name was she said it was Nabia so I left a little confused as to why it was cancelled when she was in fact at the salon?
The massage was good and well worth the money I paid. She was very sweet and did a good job. So much so that my shoulder pain (which was the main reason I had a massage) had gone instantly.
The eyebrow threading was the best I have had so far, quick and pain free!
The ambience is not what I would expect for a salon, it is too stark and clinical, with incredibly bright light and not at all cosy but the service was good and at the end of the day all I wanted was a massage and I was happy with what I got! I would definitely recommend Mimi's but if you are looking for a salon feel and ultimate pampering then I would look elsewhere.
The staff are very friendly and I would come back here and highly recommend them.

I had a Hollywood wax done by Shahina. She was really nice and professional. As this was my first time she made me feel really comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this salon.
Excellent service, was made to feel very comfortable, clean environment, perfect location and very friendly staff. Be back soon. Highly recommend this place.
