My first time visiting this place and I will surely be back. Harry was a lovely guy, really friendly and relaxed and did a great job giving me a perfect look for my complexion. Never seen my eyebrows looking so good, can't wait to go back.

I initially booked an appointment to have highlights done however, due to not calling to inform the salon of the results following the patch test they were unable to proceed with dyeing my hair. I then opted to have my hair washed, cut and styled instead. My previous experiences at Michael Frank's have been very positive and I've felt pleased with the results, unfortunately this experience was not the same standard I've had previously. I had three different hair stylists do my hair in this appointment, it took two hours to do which is not usually the case and there was a period where I was waiting around with partially dried hair whilst another customer had her colour done. There was also the following comment made that I found unprofessional and quite frankly rude... "no more skatty hair". The two other stylists Harry and Sian made a chaotic experience a much more pleasant one and thanks to these particular stylists I was happy with the final results despite the upheaval.

Absolutely amazing! Chelsea did an amazing job sorting my hair out, the atmosphere was lovely. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back again!
