The service was really great, so so friendly! She understood exactly what I wanted done with my hair and the outcome is so lovely, it’s exactly what I wanted. The whole service was done quickly, which is a positive in my eyes, as it was done to a very high standard. My hair feels and looks great, I will be coming back, thank you very much!

I arrived a little earlier than my appointment and was welcomed with tea and cake and a lovely, quiet ambience. My hairstylist, Harry, was very friendly and caring. He took notice of my specific requests and helped me figuring out what I needed. He was also very attentive of my well-being.
The haircut and finish were exactly what I wanted, I felt I could trust Harry completely and he delivered an excellent job!
Overall, I would definitely recommend and I will most certainly go back, especially during off-peak times (paid half the price, received a full-price treatment!).
