Great Salon the only negative thing was I paid in advance for a last minute appointment through treatwell for a short cut and blow dry with a lead stylist. My hair length and layers are to the shoulders and above and when I came to give a tip they said I had booked for the wrong one. Salons are regularly asking customers to book in for a long when they have hair to the shoulders or above which in my opinion and my colleagues opinion at work is short hair, anything below the shoulders is classed as long! This really disappoints me when salons offer discounts then complain about honouring them - to avoid this can the salon use a midlength option if that is the case as I certainly do not have long hair so would not pay for that treatment! Overall a nice salon but I do think their original prices are inflated to start with compared to the rest of the city.

I’d been to the other Michael Franks on the Strand several times, so knew this place would be good. I wasn’t disappointed. Very friendly, clean and tidy and generally just a nice place to go. Always got availability.

Always a fantastic service, they really listen to how you want it cut and deliver it perfectly! The eco friendly products they use are a bonus!
