My massage was nice but was ruined by the fact it was cut short. I arrived 20 minutes before my massage which was scheduled to begin at 1.45 and quickly filled in the necessary health forms. However, my masseuse did not appear until after 1.50 and we did invite me to the therapy room for a further 5 minutes. Despite starting late 10 minutes late (for a 30 minute massage) I was back in the lobby promptly at 2:15. This was a disappointing end and left me feeling cheated out of the full experience.
