This is not a SPA!!! This is a room for a massage in a very basic gym. There is no place to wait for the treatment in the "spa". Instead you are using a gym changing room that is not very clean or you are directed to wait in a sauna area, where there is fungus on the ceiling, two wooden benches, tiny tiny steam sauna and hot sauna filled with people from the gym. So it's zero points for the spa experience. Massage and facial we got in the room was average ok. But please don't call it a SPA!!!!!

I was a bit disappointed by this message. The therapist seemed a bit inexperienced. I shared which areas I'd like her to focus on, but she didn't seem to take that into consideration.

A good massage - but didn’t feel clean/comforting for a relaxing massage. Noisy. Oil dripping over my head and too much of it. Felt rushed and scruffy room. Therapists attitude wasn’t welcoming or professional. Wouldn’t return.
