I arrived 25 mins early, was happy to wait until my appointment time of course, however 2 guests who had arrived 30 mins after me we seen before me. - they ended up moving my appointment time 15 mins after the time I was meant to be seen.
Finally time to get a start on the massage & all I can hear are the heavy deadlift weights slamming to the ground & Sirens during my entire massage. So not very relaxing at all.
Massage also ended 10 mins early, after I waited 45 mins to be seen. 3/10.
