Unfortunately the reception staff and the staff giving my treatment had a disagreement infront of me while I was waiting, this made me feel very uncomfortable and felt bad energy while I’d was getting my massage, meaning I never relaxed

This was poor. The massage therapist was lovely and professional, but the heating in the room was completely unsatisfactory. We were both freezing cold! Her cold hands & my cold, exposed body were not conducive to a relaxing experience.
