I do a lot of heavy weight training and long distance running. I get my sports massage here frequently and it's always been an exceptional experience. Donnelle is quite thorough and effective with the treatments, 5 star treatment. The space is also extremely clean and relaxing.

The spa room was very peaceful. Disha was very attentive, calming & the facial was a wonderful experience. The waiting area is quite basic & could be improved. I would highly recommend the spa treatments here.

My massure was highly recommended by a friend that she has magic hands, I've been trying to go to Meridian for a long time now. My overall experience was very good welcoming, clean & tidy work space. I had a deep tissue massage which was very relaxing & she worked well towards all the pressure points talking to me every step of the way attaintive to my every need. I was completely satisfied with my massage I'll definately be booking another one for next month. You won't be disappointed.
