Wax was very hot, my therapist tried to cool it down which I really appreciated but its left my skin red and sore. It was not a complete Hollywood, lots of little hairs left and my bum not done. I cant fault the technique, it might be the wax. I have waxes for 10yrs and not had this problem before.
