I only gave 1 star because I had to give it to leave a review. They had no idea I had an appointment with them as they didn’t bother to check the system. They were speaking in their own language asking each other to do it because they didn’t want to the waxing. Was very unfriendly and in the end I left because I did not want to be touched by people that make me feel that uncomfortable

Absolute waste of time. Do not book here or go anywhere near this salon. So unprofessional and no quality service was provided. Treatwell needs to investigate this place and take it off their platform.

Were not aware of my booking, informed me that they only remained open longer due to my attendance despite me having an appt, charged me for the service by claiming the treatwell payment does not reach their account. Very dissappointing.
