Treatment was not carried out by the person I booked with and I didn't receive the full treatment despite arriving on time and finishing early. I was also asked permission to photograph my hair after taking the photo which made me feel uneasy. I was also pressurised into having a haircut and was left with short hair and an undesired style which is now irreversible.

She was really good....first I didn't like the colour so she changed it and it looked lovely.She put in a lot of thought into making my hair look nice.She even trimmed my hair.Really happy with the end result.
