Showed up for my booking, I pre paid and never even recieved my service. I booked a mani pedi from 10 am to 12 the day before my graduation. ther was one technician and 4 women there who were all waiting to be serviced after bookin gfor the same time. I was told to wait 5 minutes after i showed up for my 10 am schedulked service. at 10;30 am he started someone elses pedicure and no one else was there to do my nails. No money back or anything. What a scam!

Love my nails so much! Can’t stop looking at them. Didn’t get Mayowa Ani as booked (and wasn’t offered an explanation) but the nail tech I got was so great and focused. He did a great job and finished in record time.
