Nails were not shaped, use a nil clippers to cut finger nails. Was told that my toes should be kept long as it was summer. Asked if I was wishing to have my nails painted, of course at a mani & pedi! The lighting was really dim, very little time left between coats for drying. When I left I had to remove the mail polish at it was over my toes and lumpy.

The lady was nice but facial waxing never felt that awful before; painful & armature- small waxed gaps in my eyebrows & pimple all over my face for the week after. I thought a lot about whether i should write a review or not and decided to write it just so that no one else goes through a similar experience.
