Efficient and polite staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and am likely to return. The treatment room was quite small but they make it work. They double dip at the wax pot. I'd prefer of this was not the case but most of the waxers in London seem to do this, unfortunately. The therapist got me to do a check to make sure I was satisfied.

I had a good g-string wax which was hardly painful at all and the staff were very friendly. Will return.
