The service is very expensive, to have the back and shoulders waxed I spend £50! What annoyed me was the fact that the shoulders were only half waxed and that the bed didn't have any paper cover in the part that is in contact with your face and had some wax stains from previous treatment in other parts of the bed.

It really is the luck of the draw here as to which therapist you get. I have asked previously for the name of the person who did a good job and to request them at the time of the booking but they do not guarantee you will have the same therapist. There seems to be a high number of staff who alternate between their shops. The service was fine, but I wasn't completely happy with the shape of the brow and it was very painful, unlike on previous visits.

I had my eyebrows tinted and threaded. I returned to this salon as the last therapist I had did an amazing job. I wasn't as happy this time round. I requested the same person as before but was told they couldn't recommend which therapist it would be. Slightly disappointed compared to last time. They took far too many walk in appointments and I was sat waiting a long time between the threading and tinting. In total I was in there 50 mins when usually it's done in 15!

I like coming to this place for fast and efficient service. It is a little on the expensive side but they know what they are doing. The only criticism I have is that the reception staff are often not as friendly as the beauticians. A smile costs nothing!
