Really enjoyed my experience however I booked eyelash and eyebrow tint. I didn't see on the website anywhere that you need a test beforehand for the eyelash tint (I've never had it done before so I'm clueless). I had my eyebrows tinted however was told I couldn't use the voucher to come in another day for my lashes, would have to pay extra, which is a bit disappointing. Apart from that, great service and very happy with results.

The staff was really nice and the lady offered a nice little relaxing head massage at the end which was quite nice!

It was warm (strip) wax rather than hot wax so a bit messy. Okay but I've had better for less, there were a few bits left. I think it wasn't communicated very clearly what I was having done and how much it cost but maybe I should have queried upfront.
