the salon was running late for my appointment at lunchtime which wasn't ideal but I was happy with the treatment - it was quick and the therapist was very good.

The masseuse was very good. I left feeling like a new woman. It was clear that the place was new, so there was still some work that needed doing, but that can't be helped. But overall 10/10.

The salon is not great for waxing, I have been waxing for roughly 8 years and would say this is the worst and most painful wax I have ever had (and I generally don’t find it painful at all). Feel like the beauticians are not trained in how to do a feminine wax and just give it their best shot. Not good. The salon also feels like it needs a major makeover, especially the back room where you have the wax, it’s not nice at all feels like an old store room.
