The staff ignored the fact I had made an appointment and started my treatment 20 mins late, saying that one of the staff was on a break since it had been busy.
The wax was one of the worst I have had - painful and left me with red, graze-like marks that are still here 2 days later.
The manicure was done on my lap. The painting is uneven with air bubbles in the polish - it is not an exaggeration to say I could have done better myself.
Disappointingly it was also expensive.
