The therapist was very good, quick and professional. The only things I’d mention are that although I booked in for a Brazilian wax, I still had a bit of hair left underneath. Also the therapist pulled the wax off very slowly (perhaps she didn’t want to hurt me!) but I prefer this to be pulled off quickly. She did do a very good job though.

Very cramped. When in room staff showed me equipment and said i needed 2 areas rather than the 1 i booked i asked why and she said that 1 area means 1 piece of machinary. Thr impression i got from website was 1 area on the body. Feel misleading. Rooms not big enough either but clean. Staff very polite.
