Staff are good at what they do, however the salon is tired and not a pleasant place to be sat for what should be a relaxing treatment. It's also over priced for the experience you receive, and not ideal that the staff are constantly conversing in a foreign language around you and across you. If there were alternatives in the City I would use them, they have their customers over a barrel as there are no alternatives nearby. Good mani/pedi but not a pleasant experience.

The skin on my nose was burnt off by this treatment and I have been peeling for the last week! The upper layer of the skin on my face is gone but the treatment could have been gentler.

The therapist was very good, quick and professional. The only things I’d mention are that although I booked in for a Brazilian wax, I still had a bit of hair left underneath. Also the therapist pulled the wax off very slowly (perhaps she didn’t want to hurt me!) but I prefer this to be pulled off quickly. She did do a very good job though.
