Staff are good at what they do, however the salon is tired and not a pleasant place to be sat for what should be a relaxing treatment. It's also over priced for the experience you receive, and not ideal that the staff are constantly conversing in a foreign language around you and across you. If there were alternatives in the City I would use them, they have their customers over a barrel as there are no alternatives nearby. Good mani/pedi but not a pleasant experience.

The skin on my nose was burnt off by this treatment and I have been peeling for the last week! The upper layer of the skin on my face is gone but the treatment could have been gentler.
