I booked for a Brazilian hot wax and don't think I've ever left a 1star review for anything but my experience here was pretty dire. I'd booked a 10am appointment but the salon only opened at 10 so had to wait 15minutes for the wax to heat up. There was just one waxing technician and they'd double booked so the other lady had to wait for me to finish. The treatment room was small (the bed had to be moved in order to open the door!) and a little bit tired looking. The wax itself was pretty quick but by far the most painful I've ever experienced and the result wasn't very thorough. I'm afraid that I won't be going back.
