Wanted eyelash extensions (3/4 set) which looked natural. Started with one therapist then this changed to another. Received very natural lashes but wouldn’t say I’m 100% happy. One eye has more of a feline flick whilst the other doesn’t. My right eye appears to have uneven lash extensions and tangle - my left side is super smooth. This is day 2 after treatment.

Great eyebrow threading. However, the salon was unfortunately crammed and disorganised. The treatment took only 5 minutes and very little effort was made to ask what I wanted before start.

I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes because other appointments were late. I had to go back to work so this wasn’t ideal but the service was excellent and fast! Also very good value. I would go again.
