Loved the staff and the place was very friendly but the treatment wasn't at all worth the money. I booked individual eyelash extension infills but they only took about 10 minutes to apply, which isn't usual. I couldn't see any extra volume and by the end of the week it was like they hadn't been done.

Staff are really friendly but unprofessional. For a £38 gel manicure it was not worth it, you can get a better Shellac manicure from other more decent nail salon. The reason why I came here is that it’s near to my office other than that, no reason to come back. No proper set up or chair for manicure station and everything was a bit baroque. Staff even hurt me when taking out a cuticle. Saw it was bleeding, and I was told that it’s fine and normal.
Will not come back here again.
